Cafe Correia - S BRÁS DE ALPORTEL

We visited this cafe every summer between 2016 and 2019. We couldn't get there last year due to covid. Fingers crossed for 2021. However, this place is great! Every-time we go there we are greeted by really friendly and welcoming staff and the service is always first class. Would highly recommend.

I had the lamb stew (one of the prato do dia options) and I was very happy with it. I'm learning Portuguese, and I got a few helpful tips as well. Glad I popped in!

Love this place! We have been visiting here for many years. The food is delicious, cheap and plentiful. Our holiday is never complete without a visit to Cafe Correia and we always end up playing a game of pool and drinking port and brandy! Paula and her husband are lovely, can't wait to go again.

Cafe Correia is a family run bar and restaurant , always good for a drink , snack or a meal ! The owners (Fernando and Paula are always on hand to make sure your visit is a good one . Paula’s food is amazing and it’s hard to recommend any particular dish , My favourites are Bacalhau con Natas, and Isgas , but don’t be afraid to try anything on the menu ! It’s all good !

A nice place to eat portugese when you feel lazy about cooking, with an always helpful and friendly team!
