Overture - Stellenbosch

Overture has always been on my list of places to have lunch and it was devine! We chose the 4 course menu with wine pairing! Every dish was tasty and had some traditional and complex flavours! The wines also paired very well with the dishes! Excellent service! The only thing I can maybe fault is the interior of the restaurant being a bit out dated.Will definitely be back.

The service here is excellent—definitely the highlight of the restaurant. The dishes are presented beautifully, but the flavors could use a little refinement.

I had a world-class experience at Overture. The dishes were exceptional, complemented by a guava purée palate cleanser designed to enhance the entire menu. To start, the restaurant treated us to biltong ash and a candle made from animal fat, served alongside freshly baked bread. The views and gardens at Hidden Valley were breathtaking. The house wine was excellent, and there was a great selection of South African gins for gin enthusiasts. Bertus Basson truly crafted a remarkable dining experience for his guests.
