My kids took me out for my birthday on the 3rd of January. The lady in charge (manager? treated us incredibly badly and was extremely incompetent. We turned around, called the rest of the family not to come and drove off. We went to Koolstoof where we were received like old friends

Woman approached us with a cigarette in her hand. Very rude. We had a pincher dog on a leash and she basically chased us away without any explanation. It was a birthday celebration which she ruined. Koolstoof is much better! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
