If you're in the mood for fresh seafood with free cooking services, head to Aliah in Island Mall Talipapa. You simply pay per kilogram for the seafood, with no additional charges for cooking. Be cautious of tourist traps where local drivers (like eTrike drivers) might suggest other places, as we unfortunately experienced—those spots can charge you double the price! At Aliah, we enjoyed a fantastic seafood meal for half the cost of what we paid elsewhere. Their prices are clearly listed, so there’s no confusion or inflated tourist rates (even for balikbayans like us).
